Ahh, the ol “wizard versus the wand” question.

Unfortunately I am at the stage of my life I have (for better or worse) eliminated the “wand” theory.

That load combo surprises me. I messed with 26 in this Sherman and the 181. It seemed to be flatlined and not gaining any speed with increased grains of powder. I figured it was just too light of a bullet and wasting the extra powder in a fireball out the muzzle. Your Rum has the same barrel length but 30g more powder it’s consuming. May have to revisit RL26.

Kaitum has a Coffin rifle that is shooting well also. Maybe he'll post a group. Dan is a great Smith. mtmuley

I wasn't quite as efficient, took me 3 shots to make 2 holes with a Coffin rifle.
