Got my pronghorn opening morning. I found him Friday night. Went back Saturday morning and found him about 50 yards from where I found him on Friday. Had to wait for shooting time to get him killed. You have to love it when the critter has read the script.

Well shot and that's a lovely pics, big congrats. Slow cook it whole in a beef stock and whatever seasoning you prefer. Then shred into a stew or soup.
