Well this year was the first year I actually wanted to try and fill a bear tag so we put in the effort set up a few baits and a lot of activity on them.
The day of the hunt was kind of a spur of the moment thing to go hunting. My buddy called and asked if I wanted to up and check baits and cameras. Once we got up there we scared a bear off the bait at about 3:45 according to pictures on the camera so we decided to sit in the stand till dark about 4:45 the same bear we scared off came back in and the rest is history
Not the biggest bear but my biggest to date, Measure over 4' 5" so I was happy.....
The next day me and the same buddy went back in to refill bait again and decided to sit for the night and he was able to fill his tag as well with a bigger bear
