Attacks on fishing & hunting license dollars never end. The diversion provision in PR & DJ are some of the best bulwarks against these attacks.

They aren't taking it from this years budget, but from the game fund accounts where the agency's money is held.

A good handful of years of oil and gas revenue generated on state owned land coupled with a budget set by the governors office has had the agency making more money than it was allowed to spend.

Regardless, it's a theft of hunter dollars snuck into a 150 page budget bill.
