When you sign an agreement with the network for distribution, they make you sign a clause that you will not provide it in any other format,web/online/downloads so long as it is airing in their network. I have been able to get some waivers as it relates to DVDs.
Right now, Season One of Fresh Tracks is covered by that provision in my network agreement. That provision expires for Season One on January 1, 2014.
It only makes sense for them to do that, as they want to force people to watch the new content on their network. Wish I had a better answer, but that is the answer for the time being.
