Now if they could just keep up that offensive pace! What really surprised me was that it was against Cain. He's generally been a killer for the Cards.

The offense has been looking good so far this year. I think we are going to miss Carpenter this year unfortunately.

Yes, not having Carp will hurt. On the bright side, I hope he travels with the team as I think he can really help the young pitchers. I can't remember when St. Louis every had this good a stable of young arms. Rosenthal is nasty!!

That said, the 8th and 9th last night were nightmarish to watch....
