Han wag boots

So I am debating grabbing a pair since my old walking boots are trashed. Looking at the tarta top gtx, I have no dealers near me but found a place that ships for free until a pair fits. How would you rate them, they look like quite a good boot. Are they ok in colder weather? I have a lightweight insulative cover to slip on if sitting but figurer better than an insulated boot for traveling. Thanks

I use a pair of Mtn Lites for early season hunting and even some late season hunts with high activity levels. I also run a pair of Alaskans at work, few thousands shifts down and they are in great shape. I've used both pairs for years and don't plan on switching brands if at all possible. They are expensive and difficult to break in, but to me are worth it. But as all things boots go, the above may not matter if your feet don't get along with them.
