Have the .284 131g Hunters in hand. Decided not to tinker Absolutes.

You could try the 132 HHT. Probly no gains in velocity but a bit better BC. Seems reports are the HHT expands more aggressively than the Hunter. mtmuley

Just might do that, this rifle isn’t getting a dial.

I was just looking on the Hammer Bullets site. The .264 118 and 125 HHTs have my attention for loading both Manbun and PRC. I have a cow elk tag this year and if I get a good recipe cooked up, may seriously consider trying them. Need to get more 30-06 brass saved up to go with a .308 HHT

I’ve used the 124 HH on elk. They do just fine.

I’ve got some 118s & 125s loaded up over some RL16 to test in my 6.5-284 when I get home.
