I see in your other posts that you are new to the United States. Have you taken a hunters education course? If not, definitely start there. There are many online courses you can take for free or maybe a very small cost.
After that, or maybe simultaneously, I recommend you pick a single state you are interested in and give the regulations a good read front to back. I am sure you will still have many questions, but those will be more easily answered than explaining all of these systems from scratch.
