I went the next step in my efforts to use the whole wild turkey today. I made pancakes with rendered turkey fat. Unbelievable!

If I don't update this tomorrow, it means I didn't make it through the night.

I do use real maple syrup for whatever that’s worth. Maybe just helps the coffee work faster I don’t know.
