Wednesday I was on a parts run in Eastern Mt. I had a bit more than 3 1/2 hours of light left so I had a choice. I could continue home or go looking for sheds for three hours.
I am never one to pass up a chance to find some shed antlers. Into the hills I went.
This draw looked real promising. I quickly spotted what looked to be a great antler by the juniper in the middle of the picture with my binoculars. Got me excited for a while but as usual antlers in binoculars often have a good bit of ground shrinkage. Still a nice antler with 72 total inches. Ended up finding five antlers. Defiantly worth going back and spending more time.
