How about the instructions


Step 1
Immediatly after harvesting game
insert DEER-E-ERE into anal canal to handle.

Step 2
Twist handle until you feel it grab the membrane.
Continue twisting one half turn more.

Step 3
Steadily pull DEER-E-ERE out of the anal canal
Extract about 10 inches of membrane
Tie and cut. Continue your normal field dressing procedure.
(Option) Insert DEER-E-ERE to handle.
Twist handle until you feel it grab the membrane
Twist half turn more Pull until anal area bulges.
You can opt to make cut now.
Continue your normal field dressing procedure.
