Would have looked better in a pair of hip boots.

Its also fair to note that Shrubs original plan was to RELAX wetland protection laws and the definitions of "wetland" areas. His original plan would have decreased wetland areas.

A couple sportsmens groups played hard ball and brought Shrub back into reality.

He didnt do anything WILLINGLY to help wetlands.

I dont think Shrub knows how important wetlands are. He apparently has an advisor or two who probably told him there'd be a bunch of duck hunters who wouldnt be voting for him if he didnt do something for wetlands...
