Had a a great weekend of hunting with several different buddies. Two of my buddies took their best Mule Deer to date. Then to top it off, my wife was able to tag a whopper, right at last light lastnight.

Had a blast..... just can't wait till it is finally my turn to punch a tag

Yes and no............... She shot the darn thing with her pink Remington 700. Since I don't work for them anymore I can't really call it product testing I guess. Although she did have a Leupold scope, so I guess maybe I can write this one off! Ha Ha.

It really was a fun weekend..... but there definitely was some "work" involved! Notice how my beautiful wife doesn't have a drop of blood or a bead of sweat on her, even though the pictures are taken a looooooong mile from where that buck hit the dirt..... Thank goodnes I had the game cart and a buddy that still owed me a favor for finding him his buck.

I can promise you the next deer I gut and drag will be wearing a tag with MY name on it
