Larger than life...missed him yesterday, the day before that, and will tomorrow. Loved music, had a beautiful baritone voice and could whistle a tune like a pro.

A few years ago, my dad started experiencing some memory loss and we spoke about the future. He asked me not to put him in a home….that was his one request.
Well, vascular dementia obviously got worse and we tried to help him stay in home as long as he could until it became too dangerous for him. 2 months ago, I had to move him into an adult foster care. Very hard choice many have to make. Tough watching pops get old and forgetting the basic things in life.
