I am looking for info for a 3rd season deer hunt next year. I have enough points and want get rid of them. any help would be appreciated,

It's the CO side of the Bookcliffs. NR has a 50/50 shot of drawing with 8 points. Runs about ~60% success. I have never hunted that unit, but I have spent some time hiking up there as its pretty close to where I live. I always see deer and I can't imagine that filling a buck tag would be that incredibly difficult. I have heard from a neighbor that hunts it that finding a real trophy can be tough, but it's an excellent hunt for a 22-24" buck. No idea how hard they get after it though.
On a side note 3rd rifle will be almost a full week later this year and goes unitl Nov 13th. 2016 will be a great year to have a 3rd rifle muley tag.

I was next door to that unit in 21 a couple years ago looking for elk (4th season). I saw plenty of deer along the road, but nothing really big. I didn't see many while hiking. However, the one I did see while on foot was the biggest I saw. Here's a crappy picture from a point and shoot of him.
