Well after living in Colorado for 10 years i finally decided it was time to get into hunting pheasant. So a neighbor and I headed to Phillips County this past weekend and had a great time. Saw lots of birds even got to do some shooting and boy was I rusty.
Even though we didn't get a single bird we had a great day in the field. The walk in access areas held a good number of birds. we are already planning our next trip for Mid-January. Next season i plan on having a dog so the hunting should be even better.
