Butler Creek Stocks - Any Good??

I need one and have a friend trying to sell my his. I know they're not a B&C or McMillan, but are they any good for a cheap stock? Apparently they have steel pillars integrated into them.

they function with some fitting. Unless your buddy is gifting it to you, I'd go with Boyds.

Not much of an upgrade over a factory stock.

Find a used B&C Medalist on ebay or gunbroker, the full bedding block and stiff construction is a big upgrade.
