I have been watching a few deer that hang out in our construction yard. There is one nice 4x4 that is about 26 inches wide along with a couple of smaller bucks and a few does. Today I noticed one of the smaller bucks was sitting under an old trailer house we have used for our crew while doing projects for a couple of National Wildlife Refuges. What is amazing is there is a dump truck and track hoe operating about 30 yards from this bedded deer almost all day and it doesn't' seem to mind. I was moving an off road scissor lift and decided to raise up and take a few pics. I was about 60 yards away when I took the pics. With temps of 100 today he did not want to move out of that shade.
