Well, about every two or three years, I go through my hunting room and take an inventory of the items I haven't used since the last inventory. Most of these dormant items end up getting sold.
Wife has an Ebay account, but they don't do guns, and I am tired of the fees and headaches of Ebay. Could try guntrader.com, but too frinckin' lazy.
So, Hunttalkers get first dibs. If you see something you are interested in, PM what you would be willing to pay, and it may be yours.
When Fin gets in the selling mode, wife complains that I sell too low, but someone usually gets a good deal.
I will list the price that I will sell to the first guy who replies, and if you offer something in that ballpark, I may take it anyway, unless someone else has offerred more.
Item Number 1:
Leica Trinovid 8x42 binoculars. These were my "go to" glass, until wife bought me a new pair of Leica 8x42 BRF Geovids last spring (good wife).
These have been used for five seasons. They do have some wear and tear. The right viewing lense does have a scratch in it. When you use them, that is a non-issue, as you focus right past it and it does not affect clarity.
Great glass. Anyone who has used Leica binos knows what a great glass they are. First $500, plus shipping gets them. If you are not satisfied, money back, no questions asked.
I guarantee you will not find a new pair of glass for $500 that are as good as these. And, after two seasons, a new pair will look as used as these are.
