My outfitter in SK was not doing any whitetail hunts this year. So I have talked to him about letting me have some guys come in for a DIY style cheap hunt for SK standards. He said OK, so what we can do is bring most of our own gear, cook and he supplies the lodging, guides and a place to hunt. I know it's short notice but I figure if I can get two groups of 3 or 4 up there this year he would be happy.
I am laid off right with lots of time but little money. This was a way I can still hunt without breaking the bank. Most of us don't need someone to hold there hand on a deer hunt.
He would run a full inclusive hunt if the request was there. What I am looking for is guys who don't want to spend lots of money and not afraid to do some of there own work.
Anyone have interest?
