Another unfortunate landowner clash

whats stopping the fish and game from putting up a high fence regardless of what this moron wants? file a injunction with the courts to stop him from bringing in sheep? his threats are on record, do what I want or I will destroy a herd of sheep? does he have grazing allotments? are they up for bid? maybe FNAWS or the sheep foundation needs to bid on them? I am sure he is one of the welfare ranchers we all pay for him to have his little hobby ranch.

don't get me wrong, landowners have the right to manage there property, but this piece of dirt is a moron making threats to get his childish way and a big payout.
here in Utah the grazing allotments around most our sheep herds were bought or they paid the rancher to move from domestic sheep to cattle.
