I was told by a 72 year old man, that is retired from the Fish and Game. Yeah, it's one of the old guys that I coffee with, that some think are so ignorant. He said, "The ultimate goal of any mediation or arbitration is the dis-satifaction of the outcome by all parties involved". I've always worked that way but never thought about it, until it was mentioned. Maybe that's why I have a slight animosity towards the tunnel visioned. What many concider as the only way is a pin point small part of a much larger dynamic entity.
