Have to use available topography for blind set-ups when the river is out of it's banks.

Day one, a single 2 year old comes to the call and meets his waterloo at 8:15, Tyler has his first Idaho gobbler.

Day 2 same set-up, Adrian has the patience to pass on Jakes at very close range and his patience pays off when we are alerted by a close range phhhhhhht-hmmmmmm, close the book on a fine 3 year old Rio, now with only 2/3 of his original beard! He fell about 5' from our day 1 bird!

Congrats to them and good on you for getting them out. I saw a couple strutting in a yard this morning, made me really start to look forward to the 15th.

Congratulations great job to all involved helping the youth, getting them a bird is like giving candy to a baby, they will be hooked for life ! :)

Very cool Wally. Our season opened last weekend but was not able to get out. Am hoping to have photos of my own to share by next Monday.

Keep after it.
