Hunted my favorite spot this past weekend where I had been seeing 9 birds. 3 toms and the others were hens. Well, the birds went to the west after flying down. I have hunted this place for 20 years and they NEVER EVER go to the west into the open areas. I had a feeling something spooked them. This morning it's raining cats and dogs and one hen walks by and 15 minutes later this guy comes by at 15 yards. The Mossberg 12 guage with 2 3/4, #4 dropped him in his tracks. This is made the morning well worth it.

Congrats!! I can't understand the logic of it, but that would not be legal in Indiana as there is a season on coyotes.
