Manzano Mts new archery hunt

Does anyone know if there a cut off date for purchasing a general season spring bear tag in Idaho? or can you buy them during season at sporting goods stores like a true OTC tag? And obviously a license is needed, but is some form of hunters ed required for non resident?- BigTex

Opinions? Stone Glacier vs MR vs Kuiu
looking for a new hunting pack, anyone out there got any experience with any of these packs? Looking at both Kuiu Icon & Ultra, Mystery Ranch Metcalf or Marshall, and any of the Stone Glaicers.
