Just looking through all the headlines on cnn.com page. Trying to find something positive in the news...just not happening. The news thrives on negative instead of positive.
Curious if anyone is familiar with a place called Ken's Tents in Homedale. http://www.kenstents.com/ I had run across their sight a few years ago and found it again. I had not heard their tents mentioned. Looks like they are using decent canvas. If anyone has used them or has any info on...
One new piece of gear this year was also a new shotgun for my kiddos. I have left and right handed shooters so I decided to go with at Browning BPS Micro in a 20. That way I only need to get one, as it ejects out the bottom! It also shoots 3-IN shells. Nice little compact shotgun, it should...
Sad thing is those guys still only have a few posts...and no story of how they did unless they started a new thread. I blame Moosie for being too nice

The one time I decide to be a smart ass on here, and now you've made me feel bad for being one...arg, I can't win today :(
Take Oaks advice...he is a mighty tree indeed.
Oak was just kidding...best thing to do is hunt downhill and pack uphill. Don't ever hunt between two roads either, that will be too many road hunters scaring the game. You want to get down low where it's cool...down into the dark timber at the bottom of the drainages, down where no one else...
