    This one got buried in the forkies vs four points conversation. I am genuinely interested in the potential for "creative funding". Is the cause of their lack of retention solely pay based? I see the wardens always seem to be hiring, are the bios the same?

    There is some cool gear on here that i need to look into! Only one vote for a First Aid kit (IFAK) suprises me. I carry a small trauma only kit with a cat TQ, packing gauze, quik-clot gauze, a second rubber band style TQ that can be used to compress a wound as well, tape and a couple chest...

    I have a midas tac 4-16 and it is my favorite scope. Its in mils mils and the adjustments/return to zero well. Tactile adjustments and easy zero stop adjustment. Ffp. I would buy another one.

    Boot Gaiters

    Both the OR crocs an the kenetreks. Kenetrek fixed them a couple times for me which really was impressive. I broke a metal buckle on the crocs recently so ill see soon how OR is with repairs.

    Bell and Carlson makes a nice aluminum bedded block fiberglass stock for the Americans too. If you like a more solid synthetic stock.
