Thanks to all on this forum for the info and advice leading up to my first Western hunt! My buddy and I made the drive from Minnesota and arrived in Gillette on Sept 29th, set up camp, and started scouting. Inclement Weather Antelope?
My buddy and I are headed out to Wyoming tomorrow for our first western hunt and can't wait! The forecast looks fairly windy/rainy for 2 of our 3 hunting days. Question for the veterans: do pronghorn change their behavior much in wind/rain? I'm guessing they are used to it and it won't affect...- mnmaverick

Rangefinder
Has anyone tried the Vortex rangefinders, and can you compare them to the Sig? The prices (on sale at Cabela's right now) are comparable. I'm leaning toward the Sig based on what everyone here has said.- mnmaverick
