It’s great and all that it works in MO. What’s the saying about wishing in one hand? Genuinely, every state should have the same model. But at this time it ain’t happening. Especially not in an incredibly red state like Wyoming. Heck they couldn’t get a bird seed tax going in Connecticut.- MessyTessy

The busiest time periods are July through mid-August. And in my opinion yes, the crowds are terrible. My opinion if you are flexible. Well, I don’t disagree with Gen. The OP needs to decide if grizzlies are a problem. Then choose a Gen unit that has plenty of access outside of wilderness. There are a few other tags that are within reach that are quality tags. But they will have grizz.- MessyTessy

The way I see it. There are two issues here. First, when most folks hear disease they want to see bodies. They think of this like blue tongue or EHD where you can see extensive die offs and local population level affects are noticeable. CWD is not a disease like that. Pretty clear if he talked about people drawing tags with 6pts he was talking about the special. And unfortunately, even with how hard gohunt try’s, there’s no way to predict draw odds for the next year. If it’s a tag that interests you, go for it.- MessyTessy
