Being mentally tough will be more important than anything. You have to be prepared to push yourself past your normal comfort point and keep going. 9 times out of 10 the mountains break someone mentally far before they reach their actual physical limits.- Meat Whack

Summer bucks - score guesses?
I wouldn’t try to justify the score of that buck to anyone. Just the front forks on that buck give him 10” to 15” over an average forked buck.- Meat Whack

Mounts
Moose is going to be about the same as elk. Most guys are charging $1,000 to $1,500 now for either one. Bear goes by the foot usually with a minimum generally around $600 and then they could run $120 to $150 a foot. So if it’s small you’d pay the $600 and if it’s big up to $1,000 or so depending...- Meat Whack

Idaho has by far the best draw odds for moose in the lower 48 on a year to year basis with no points needed. The worse part about it is having to front the money which is $2101.75 for the tag and $154.75 for the license. The tag fee you will get back if not drawn but the license and...- Meat Whack
