There’s a quota range in the regs so it can be anywhere in that range. It’s subject to change. With antelope it happens a lot. That’s my guess anyways. 100 was supposed to have 5 and only drew 3. It just has to be in the range and it’s prob the biologists discretion- JinNWMT

Not sure if you saw my response I don’t get on here a bunch. Spend as much time from Oct 1-10 that’s when the rut is full swing. Try cow calling and scraping. YouTube videos work! Look for cows and that’s where they’ll be. Sounds simple but it’s true. We managed to see 7 bulls in two days...- JinNWMT
