Gila Units Comparison
I applied for Unit 16A with a party of 4 for this late October rifle season and drew. With New mexico being a true random draw I plan on putting in every year as my chance is as good as the next guys. 16A and 16C New Mexico elk
I am headed to 16A for the October 21-25 rifle hunt. I had scouted the unit back in August and most of the tanks on eastern side of unit had water. Has anyone returned from Archery hunts and can let me know if tanks are still holding water?- hultontool

NM draw
Just found out I drew for 16A Oct.21-25 rifle. This was my first time in the draw and could not believe the luck. I have hunted Colorado 2 times before. Can't wait to get to work planning the trip!!- hultontool

Suggestion for future episodes....
I am interested in more information on how to select a camp site on BLM or Forest land. A Randy "Camp Dump". I am starting my DIY adventure this year and want to get as much info as possible.- hultontool
