Man that was an awesome read! As someone whose best friend and hunting partner is his wife, I will show this to her tonight. She wore out the boot leather with me on our first ever elk trip last year in the mountains of Colorado and we are headed to New Mexico is 4 weeks for a cow elk hunt. Watching her trudge up those hills with her bow and pack was unbelievable and seeing her face when we heard our first bugle was worth the entire trip. Calling a bull moose with her in to 9 yards, priceless!
