The right sides looks the same so I am pretty sure they are the same bull. Honestly with as close as that herd is to the interstate and other highways surprised it hasn't happened sooner.
Prime example of the challenges of putting elk back on the landscape East of the plains. There are so many roads running through the habitat. Losing one nice bull out of a herd of about 200 is tragic.
