Grand Slams

We've used them in .284 cal 145 and 160 as well as 308 cal 165 and 180. What would you like to know?

Have used them in the past on deer. Good performance was the norm.
They got tuff to find for a few years here. Switched to Accubonds and ballistic tips.
I get better groups on longer shots with the Accubond and the ELD bullets.

Just curious. I used them back when they came in the slip top box,and had 2 cores. I'm wondering how the new style Grand Slam compares. I came across some 150 and 130 grain .277 of the new version on the cheap. Are they still good bullets,or have the new bonded offerings left them in the dust?
