Yep, i love Snipe shooting, boy can they accelerate when they take off, funny the dogs on our little shoot don't really like picking up Snipe or Woodcock.

I have been curious about those the last few seasons. What do they taste like? (Similar to _____) the smallest shot I ever seem to have when I run into some is 4 and I don't want to explode them but maybe I should carry some 6s with me?

They taste great IMO, like a good steak... seriously. I just fried them in butter with some salt and pepper and didn't cook the crap outta them.
They are a small bird, I wouldn't use anything bigger than 6s if you could find some.
