absolutely not.look at them selling the Elliot forest here in Oregon,,what a shame.once its gone,its gone for good.states will sell it like a slick used car salesman,,,just check out the Oregon land board meeting a couple weeks back on you tube.dennis Richardson is the used car salesman on the land board trio.!!!
