I am trying to decide which Walker's game ear product to purchase and need some help from somebody who actually knows something.
Product #1 HD Elite and #2 HD Pro Elite are the same except for the following two features below.
#1 has hearing enhancement of 40 db and the other has 50 db. What does this add up to for the user (for example I can determine the species of duck quacking a mile away vs. 2 miles away?) or is it a volume thing?
#2 has adjustable frequency tuning and the other does not. Is this something real and does it matter or is it just marketing BS.
I attempted to call product support from the manufacturer and the retailer. Sadly neither could explain and they contradicted one another.
The primary purpose is for hearing protection. So the hearing enhancement issue isn't so important.
