I am headed to Arkansas this coming Nov. on an on your own hunt and looking for a good peace of public land to hunt on. Can anyone help me out?

Most WMA's (Wildlife Management Areas) are permit only for deer. There are several large National Forests that are open to the public. I would check those. There are also several areas owned by paper companies that are open to the public by purchasing a permit from Arkansas Game and Fish.
