Since the costs of running the site are increasing and you are just taking donations and money out of your pocket to cover the fees why not change the format some and put a Google search feature on the front page and all the forum pages that would allow the members to search the internet using Google. Google will pay you for the searches that are done. Also you can add Google Adwords to your site and receive revenue from that as well. I would imagine it would pay for the site and even put a little coin in you pocket if all the members use it.
