Ingredients: 1.5 lb. of browned lean ground beef/ venison. (drain)
1 big container of sour cream (12 to 16 oz.)
1 envelope of taco seasoning
diced onion, diced green pepper
pepperjack cheese & cheddar cheese ( diced into small pieces)
cherry tomatoes ( cut up)
ground pepper and alittle hot sauce

Prepare: Mix sour cream & taco seasoning, and add pepper & hot sauce
to taste
put a light layer in the bottom of a aluminum foul pan (approx.
18"X12")
add (sprinkle) some ground beef, then some onion, peppers
and the cheeses.
spread another layer across the first layer, then repeat the
process.
always spread the tomatoes last to give the top layer color along
with all the cheeses, peppers and such.

Chill & Serve

NOTE: Some folks will add a layer of Salsa to the ingredients.

Use "scoop" type taco chips or Fritoes

Bon Appetite':p
