I don’t think I have shared this before (forgive me if I have). My Grandfather was in charge of a POW camp in France during WW2. He came home with various items that the POWs made from used artillery shells in their spare time. The craftsmanship is incredible for the time and the constraints that the guys had - just wanted to share something that is very dear to me and my family. Hope you think it’s as neat as I do.

That is really neat. At the WW2 museum in New Orleans, they have a large display of art made un camps and fox holes. That museum is world class awesome, as good as the Smithsonian.
