The Wilderness Society?

Anyone familiar with this organization? I get a bunch of emails from them about various public lands conservation and wilderness issues. They seem to do a good job from a political and advocacy standpoint. I'm not sure what their stance is on hunting though. I wouldn't want to give money to an organization that opposes hunting.

I know at least two of their Bozeman staff are hunters since I've hunted with them.

TWS was instrumental in the Rocky Mountain Front Heritage Act and they do good work on many, many other public land issues. Like Rob, I've hunted with a few of their staff and they are strong DIY guys.

Like all groups, I don't agree with them 100% of the time, but I'd never be afraid to stand next to them as we fight for public lands.
