ohv use and camping in NM

Anyone got ant info on the changes the Forest Service is implementing in New Mexico on July 1. This will be in unit 15, or at least the area I'm interested in. I do not ride a 4-wheeler when hunting but it did come in handy when we were packing one out. I think this will make the hunting better in the unit and I am all for it, just trying to start my preparations for my Sept. archery hunt.
