Maximum points you could have accrued for the elk permit since they started. I have put in every year since they started bonus points and haven't drawn. I have 8 right now...

Okay thats what I thought it might have been. Yeah you should be topped out I'd think I started a year or two late 9 may be the max though I think I counted a while ago. I can't remember what year it started I'm wanting to say 2001?

I believe 2000 for moose sheep goat and a few years later for deer elk antelope.
