I think we have had negative population growth for the past 10 years.

Funny you say that, I am currently scheduled to move to West Virginia to open a new office for my company. I am really excited and looking forward to getting back to the Appalachians. The kicker is that I was just offered a position in Fairbanks, AK today! Now I'm in a pickle.
