First Bull: MT

After three years of hunting Montana's public lands I finally put it all together and connected with a bull. My father flew in to hunt for a week late Tuesday night, and first thing Wednesday morning we spotted a group of 100-120 elk moving towards a ridgeline in our general direction. Low and behold, there was a bull with the group and he gave me a shot.

mixed bag, that's actuallh my first kromer hat, and that was my first day wearing it. Now it's my "lucky cap" and I can never hunt without it!
