I got out yesterday morning with my dad and we tied up a few loose ends to get ready for opening day. It was a beautiful 49 degrees at 7AM - I'm starting to smell fall in the air. Here's a couple pics from the morning...

We set some stands and cams a few weeks ago but here in Swva we gotta wait until 1st weekend of Oct. Oh well it will be here soon. I did release some energy on tree rats this past weekend though always a nice start.
