Had some pretty good beef cabeza tacos last night and it got me to thinking about doing the same with deer or pronghorn. Would really like to start using every edible bit from what I shoot.

Anyone saving heads and cooking them whole (or otherwise)? If so, how are you preparing them?
 
Cooked plenty beef n pig heads/tongues but never tried deer….my only worry would be those nasty ass grubs in their sinuses that r in most of em down here.
Who knows, may add some flavor
